About HSDM 2021:

• Haryana Skill Development Mission has invited Online Application for Haryana Kaushal Vikas Nigam Portal Registration 2021.
• The main objective of this scheme is to make the appointments given through outsourcing online. Under this scheme, a portal will be launched by the government through which youth will be able to apply online. This scheme will also prove to be effective in preventing exploitation of employees working on contract basis. Apart from this, this scheme will ensure transparent and adequate employment to the deserving candidates. Skill development training level will also be organized for the purpose of providing employment under Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam 2021.
• Through this scheme, all the appointments will be done online by the government, which was earlier done under outsourcing policies
• The portal will also be launched by the government on 1 November 2021 for the operation of Haryana Skill Employment Corporation
• Through this portal, youth will be able to apply online for the posts.
• All the benefits like EPF, ESI etc facilities will also be provided to all the citizens hired through this system.
• All outsourcing employees will be able to be appointed through this portal.
• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
