Important Instructions:

• It is mandatory for all the applicants to make fresh registration except the applicants of e-renewal.
• Only one registration will be valid on one PAN number
• Facility for all applicants of e-lottery to apply for e-lottery of country liquor, foreign liquor, beer retail shops and model shop and retail cannabis retail shops for the year 2022-23 through the portal and deposit processing fee. Will be available on this portal from 12-03-2022 (12:00 PM) to 16-03-2022 (5:00 PM)
• Please fill the correct information correctly while applying. Inaccurate and erroneous information may result in rejection of your application or other problems may arise for which the applicant will be solely responsible. Deposit amount will not be refunded under any circumstances
• It is mandatory to pay the processing fee only through the facility available on this portal. The amount deposited in favor of the State Government or the Excise Department through any other medium in relation to the application form will not be accepted, nor will the request for their return be accepted. Special care and caution should be taken in this regard.
• It is mandatory for the applicant to upload the affidavit in the prescribed format (maximum 150 KB in pdf format), otherwise the application will be canceled.
• The amount of processing fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• The computer file to be created for uploading the records should be in the prescribed format (records maximum 100 KB in pdf format) / photo (50 KB in jpg, jpeg format) and the maximum size prescribed. While submitting the application, the computer files of the records to be uploaded in the prescribed format and size should be prepared in advance.
